This service is the perfect choice for someone who needs some time to decompress from everyday life.
If you’ve never had a professional massage, this is what I’d suggest.
Aroma Therapy Massage
This massage uses a massage cream with your choice of essential oil.
This is a classic way to induce a specific feeling or memory. Aroma therapy can also create a sense of relaxation or stimulation.
Essential oil types vary on availability, but I always take suggestions into consideration.
*Rocky Mountain Oil brand of essential oils are used for this service.
Reflexology Massage
This service is a Semi-Traditional Reflexology session followed by a massage.
The Reflexology session is great for someone who wants to target the hands and feet. This is also a great option for someone who has restrictions for a typical full-body massage.
We can perform the session with or without the massage, it’s up to you or the restrictions you may have.
Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy starts an era where the body’s composition, hormonal flow, weight distribution and posture are in a constant state of change.
If you or someone you love is going through physical or emotional stress from the overwhelming strain of these changes, consider this service to help ease the body and mind.
Deep Tissue Massage
This service is a deep pressure, Swedish massage.
Craniosacral Massage
This relaxing, and comforting service works the bones of the skull, spine and sacral joint. After a series of gentle holds, this service will end with a custom massage that focus’ on your main concerns.
